Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Escalations Team under the Product Quality Group you will join a highly motivated team in solving complex customer problems. You should be able to read and write code and enjoy improving and fixing existing software. You will work very closely with both our core development teams and our customer support organization in a fast-paced environment. You will use cutting edge trouble shooting techniques to ensure customers’ installations run smoothly. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy a variety of work, then this is the place for you.
This is an 8-month position, starting January 2025 and is open only to students in a registered Co-op Program.

- Investigate supply chain planning issues reported by customers.
- Design solutions to solve complex customer problems.
- Balance trouble shooting in a variety of configurations to deliver quality solutions.

- Shape the reliability and agility of our R&D support organization.
