WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build strong working relationships.
- Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:
- Create and update employee files in HR document management system
- Support HR team with HRIS data validation and entries
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries
- Perform a range of HR transactional/administrative tasks such as new hire and onboarding administration, create standard reports, HR content publication, and support on the background checks and benefits enrolment process
- Work with other HR team members to shadow and learn about the different roles
- Support the team with additional adhoc projects
