  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build strong working relationships.
  • Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update employee files in HR document management system
  • Support HR team with HRIS data validation and entries
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries
  • Perform a range of HR transactional/administrative tasks such as new hire and onboarding administration, create standard reports, HR content publication, and support on the background checks and benefits enrolment process
  • Work with other HR team members to shadow and learn about the different roles
  • Support the team with additional adhoc projects
