Description:
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator (Co-op) to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and requirements. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to project sites occasionally, if required
Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Support project managers in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Document and monitor project risks, issues, and action plans.
- Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Help maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and documenting lessons learned.
- Other duties as assigned.
