Description:

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator (Co-op) to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and requirements. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to project sites occasionally, if required

Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Support project managers in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Document and monitor project risks, issues, and action plans.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and schedules.
  • Help maintain communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and documenting lessons learned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
