Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in CTA (Critical Task Analysis) reviews on rig sites and use the information collected to observe crews completing those tasks as per the CTA outline
  • Educate and train crews on the Step back process
  • Educate and train rig crews on the expectations regarding Critical Operating Procedures
  • Attend crew handover meetings to observe the communication between crews and ensure the time is utilized to its full potential
  • Complete and use daily hazard and risk observations to improve crew awareness of and ability to mitigate risk
  • Identify and educate crews on opportunities to improve efficiencies during tasks and while transitioning between tasks
  • Review safety meetings and materials from these meetings to help crews realize their value
  • Help crews access and use safety information to benefit their day-to-day operations
  • Complete in-field competency assessments and enhance competencies needing development
  • Support the division in achieving field training and development objectives
  • Deliver FT&D-designed job-specific training to field personnel
  • Coordinate and conduct compliance training as defined
  • Support FT&D administrative functions, systems, and processes
  • Assist in training-related projects, development, and analysis wor
