Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Cobol Developer to integrate our Managed Services Team that works with both national and international clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and maintain COBOL applications to meet business requirements and improve system functionality;
  • Analyze, design, code, and test COBOL programs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability;
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to gather technical specifications and develop effective solutions;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner;
  • Enhance and modernize legacy systems by integrating with newer technologies where necessary;
  • Perform code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality software development;
  • Document technical specifications and procedures to ensure smooth system operation and future maintenance.
