POSITION OVERVIEW

The CodeHER Program Assistant will play a pivotal role in the success of the CodeHER program by assisting in the design, organization, and implementation of program activities. Working closely with the Stem Curriculum Lead, the Assistant will ensure that program goals are met, lessons are engaging, and participants have a meaningful experience.

QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in program coordination, curriculum development, or teaching, preferably in STEM or technology-focused programs.
• Familiarity with coding languages and technology concepts is a plus.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging youth.
• Creativity and adaptability in designing lessons and solving challenges.
• Proficiency in using technology tools for program delivery and communication.
