MANAGERIAL AND LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE ARE A MUST, AS IS EXPERIENCE IN SPECIALTY COFFEE.

You’ll need to have a proven track record in a professional hospitality environment. This is a hands-on role with early morning starts, but delicious coffee will always be at hand. You’ll also have the added perk of day time hours only!
Essentially we’re looking for a self-motivated, problem solver with a real passion for customer service and coffee as well as an an eye for detail. You will need to be computer literate and feel comfortable with managing both people and numbers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years in Specialty Coffee
  • 3 - 4 years hospitality management
  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills (English - spoken and written - is essential)
