Description:
To contribute to discussions the MDT regarding CBT interventions and adhering to the departments allocation protocols, and signpost clients who require other services on to the relevant service as necessary. To assess, formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for clients. Attend meetings relating to allocations or clients in treatment, where appropriate. Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service.
Keep coherent records of all clinical activity in line with service protocols. To work closely with other members of the team ensuring effective MDT working in response to patient need. To attend clinical supervision
