Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

• Youll work with adults within our Lighthouse alcohol service. Usually, you will deliver CBT one to one, but it can also be used in a group setting. -Youll work alongside other clinicians, such as wellbeing practitioners, clinical psychologists, mental health nurses. Your work may involve managing referrals and signposting people to other agencies, which will require you to work closely with other healthcare professionals, employment, and education advisers (IPS) and support staff.
• You could work in a variety of Multi agency settings, and various partners across the Blackpool landscape. -Services can be based in GP practices, healthcare centres or other community venues. -You will be provided with ongoing supervision to help you engage in self-reflection, seek, and respond to feedback, and develop your professional knowledge and skills. -You will be based in Blackpool and may involve travel to a range of setting across the wider service areas, Blackpool, Lancaster, Burnley however your primary base will be Horizon Blackpool.
• This role is a 37.5 hour per week position operating Mon-Fri. We are happy to discuss flexibility with shift patterns.
