Cold Production Team Member

Contracts for both part time (3 days p/w) and full time (5 days p/w) are available

Our sandwiches, salads, toasties and wraps are freshly prepared on site daily. As part of the cold production team you will work efficiently, following our recipes accurately to ensure our range is packaged and on sale at the key times to ensure availability for our travelling customers.

• You will use our high quality, locally sourced ingredients to make our ranges of boxed sandwiches and salads, wraps, and snack boxes for sale in our Deli and filling station.
• You will work closely with the chefs in our kitchens to ensure our cooked ingredients are available when needed
• You will work alongside your colleagues to prioritise the days workload and ensure that products are replenished before the peak trading times
• You will take care to check all food is fresh, rotated and replenished throughout the day to ensure customers are encouraged to buy our freshly prepared products.
• You will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our cold prep areas and follow all relevant food hygiene and allergen guidelines
