Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or, Engineering or Computer Science with 8+ years of successfully delivering innovative and forward-thinking solutions
  • At least 3 years’ experience working Agile methodology and SAFe framework.
  • Experience as a Software/ Firmware Product Owner/ Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management discipline and working in Agile delivery teams.
  • Seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and servant leadership
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in at least one major collaboration tool provider, such as Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, Google
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Substantial track record of delivering technology solutions to meet the strategic needs of business operations.
  • Technical experience with defining and delivering collaborations strategies, architectures and operating models for software/ firmware products.
  • Demonstrated capability in categorizing end user types and working styles and translating that into technical requirements for proven solutions.
  • Knowledge of leading and implementing change management and continuous learning programs with end user communities.
  • Experience with Product Management/Ownership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
  • Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Certified Product Owner
  • SAFe PO/PM certified
  • Prior experience as a Software/ Firmware Engineer.

    Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing updates on product progress.
  • Create/breakdown and prioritize delivery of product and features by developing and maintaining the product backlog, user stories, and cross product dependencies.
  • Lead scrum meetings and ceremonies, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
  • Work with key stakeholders to help define and write requirements and user stories for new product features.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Providing vision for the Agile team(s) working on the backlog.
  • Developing and championing communities of practice and collaboration knowledge sharing across business users and functions.
  • Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and team performance, using insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicating the vision and prioritizing the backlog for the Agile delivery team. Make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions
