We are looking for a Collateral Client Service Specialist to join our Client Service team that focuses on our Collateral Management clients in Frankfurt, Germany.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Collateral Client Service Specialist you will
- Ensure client issues and queries are resolved by responding and escalating as appropriate and timely
- Facilitate communication between Client Operation & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment
- Ensure superior client satisfaction by proactively identifying client needs, and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction
- Support escalations from internal and external stakeholders, provide direction to resolve issues, implement process improvements to mitigate the risk of repeated issues
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues and exceptions
- Perform client training on State Street processes and applications such as MyStateStreet
- Manage daily service delivery to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Contribute as subject matter expert to change processes and internal projects

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial topics or comparable apprenticeship
- Initial experience in the financial industry, preferably within collateral management or client services
- Knowledge of financial instruments and the collateralization process for OTC, CCP, Repo and Securities Lending
- Good understanding of Middle Office processes
- Proficiency in English and German
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
