Collection Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Minimum of 1 year experience is an advantage!
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Familiarity with debt collection practices, financial regulations, and customer credit policies is a plus.
• Understanding of the legal aspects related to collections and debt recovery is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to address customer issues and resolve billing or credit concerns effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of accounts, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Additional:

• Familiar with all the provisions of the AMLA & its RIRR particularly the system of reporting & investigating suspicious matters
• Awareness in personal obligations & responsibilities in combating money laundering.
• Strict compliance with all pertinent obligations under the AMLA & its IRR
