Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

In this dual role, you’ll work closely with our Collections team to support our customers, whilst also playing an active role in reporting, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role you’ll have strong analytical skills and an ability to extract actionable insights from reports and systems. Equally, your communication skills and ability to build relationships will enable your ability to provide an excellent customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL WILL BE DOING

  • Manage inbound correspondence and provide quality support to our customers, in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, build trust and make smart commercial decisions
  • Extract insights from Salesforce and Tableau, and create dynamic reports and dashboards to drive efficiencies
  • Assist the broader Collections team with phone coverage, onboarding and general support
  • Work collaboratively with the Collections team and stakeholders across the business to drive a resolution for a customer
  • Ensure policies and procedures are being followed
