  • Kerridge Commercial Systems is the leading specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in the wholesale and retail distribution, logistics, Automotive and service sectors.
  • This role will be part of the team responsible for credit control across all KCS UK entities
  • Support the billing team with client queries

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Credit card payment requests
  • Set up any auto pay collections each month
  • Support correct and timely allocation of cash
  • Act as principle office contact for collections queries
  • Account creation in the system
  • Credit management activities
  • Support team to resolve issues that delay customer payments
  • System admin of customer accounts
  • Updates to Account details
  • Portal password resets
  • Routine maintenence
  • Reconciliation and management of allocated accounts
  • Ad hoc duties as required by Head of credit control
