Description:

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Collections Analyst/Specialist to support the AR team with reducing the AR aging balance. #LI-DE1

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and analyze AR aging report monthly and build reporting functions for IXL and its subsidiaries
  • Proactively contact customers by phone and email for prompt resolution of overdue invoices
  • Follow up with customers on a bi-weekly basis and ensure active communication to prevent disruptions in service
  • Identify customer patterns and build processes to prevent future issues
  • Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and quotes for any potential discrepancies
  • Reconcile internal sales database and NetSuite on a monthly basis
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
