Working as a Collections Officer, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.

In this role, you will;

  • Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
  • Provide tailored payment solutions
  • Action interaction file notes for every call
  • Adhere to compliance frameworks

What you’ll bring;

  • You MUST be an Australian Citizen to be eligible, as this role supports an AU Government agency
  • Contact centre experience is preferred but not essential
  • A positive mind-set and willingness to learn
  • The ability to be comfortable with new technology, multiple screens and note-taking at the same time
  • A willingness to work in-office, 5 days a week
