Description:

Direct business is funded either on its own book or placed with third party funders. Broker-introduced business is funded on the own book. Typical transaction size is c. £50k.

Responsibilities:
ROLE PROFILE
We’re looking for an experienced Collections Officer to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing our collections process and ensuring that our customers are able to pay their arrears.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contacting customers by phone, email and letter to collect outstanding arrears
- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service
- Achieve targets within the team
- Handle calls promptly and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Negotiate settlements with customers in line with our policy
- Set up long term payment arrangements if required
- Escalate customer arrears to the the litigation team if required
