SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent typing skills
- Superior time management skills
- Experience in start to finish collection or debt recovery litigation in a law firm
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong skills and knowledge in Office 365 and familiarity with iManage is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Preparing collection documents such as demand letters, Statements of Claim, garnishees, and writs of enforcements
- Communicating with debtors, process servers, and service providers
- Managing the status of files
- Updating the client database on collection proceedings
