WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • You have experience in collections, operations, with a deep understanding of collections strategies, legislation and processes, and industry standards
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders and vendors at various levels
  • You have strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data to drive informed decision-making
  • You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of international collections practices and regulations is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Collections Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimise our collections ecosystem and strategies across multiple markets. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and external vendors, including insurance companies, debt collections agencies, and software providers. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing and improving dashboards to evaluate the performance of our late portfolio, enabling data-driven decision-making. You will be a driving force in shaping and growing our collections and late portfolio management set up internationally.
