That’s why we need a great Collections Relationship Manager to join our busy Customer Operations team! You’ll bring lots of energy, passion, and a customer centric mindset. Your main responsibility will be engaging and managing our collections vendors, ensuring they give fantastic service to our customers, while also effectively driving down our bad debt figure.
You’ll enjoy using your skills to drive continuous improvement internally and with our vendors, and will support the Head of Billing, Credit, & Collections with improving efficiency, effectiveness, and ensuring we have the right processes in place to protect us from bad debt. You’ll also make sure our vendors are representing Bord Gáis Energy positively to our customers and are held accountable for performance.
