Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Validated experience in collections within the finance or insurance industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance and/or customer service.
- B2+ level of English. Proficient in English written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in at least one ERP (SAP, QAD, BAan).

Responsibilities:
- Closely enforce to established collections policies and procedures
- Handles non-complex past due accounts in accordance with established collection strategies. Documents customer contact regarding late payments. Works as an ally to sales, customer service, tax, order management, invoicing, master data.
- Optimally negotiate payment arrangements with customers
- Challenge to achieve and exceed monthly collection targets
- Work together with members of our team to address and find solutions for customer concerns and disagreements.
- Maintains engagement and communication via phone, email, chat or any other means with internal and external customers involved in the processes.
