Collections Specialist

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves working within the finance industry, focusing on tasks related to customer credit applications and records, as well as addressing customer inquiries and monitoring accounts.

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintenance and updating of customer credit records
• Handling and resolution of customer inquiries related to credit and collections
• Monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary action based on account status
• Utilization of Accounting Software Systems and CRM to manage customer information and track collections processes
• Use of Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, and Epic Software for financial data interpretation and application to collections activities
• Management of Accounts Receivable (AR) and handling of billing functions
• Administration of claims related to collections
• Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries or concerns
• Leveraging skills and knowledge in collection processes to contribute to our team’s goals.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Accurint software
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
• Knowledge of Epic Software
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
• Proficient in Billing Functions
• Knowledge of Claim Administration
• Familiarity with Collection Processes
