Collections Specialist

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist located in Denver, Colorado. As part of our team, your primary function will be to manage and streamline the collection processes within our industry.

• Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications using accounting software systems
• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately, utilizing tools such as Accurint and IBM AS/400
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them effectively, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Monitor customer accounts closely and execute appropriate actions as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various billing functions and data management
• Apply your knowledge of collection processes to improve and maintain efficient operations
• Use your skills as a collector to ensure timely and accurate collection of credit
• Provide top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients
• Use your expertise in credit management to make informed decisions and actions
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Familiarity with Accurint.
• Experience with IBM AS/400.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Billing Functions.
• Familiarity with Collection Processes.
• Experience as a Collector.
• Knowledge of Credit procedures.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
