ABOUT THE ROLE

As Collections Team Lead, you will lead your team in managing accounts in arrears, ensuring positive outcomes for our customers in line with FCA rules and regulations.

SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Planning and managing resources to ensure optimal productivity
Supporting your team with complaints escalations
Participating in the development and management of quality monitoring
Setting and managing team and individual objectives, aligned with department and business goals
Reviewing management information to understand team performance and identify development areas
Maintaining job instructions
Decision-making on litigation cases
