Description:

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a world leader in the production of sports uniforms, footwear and accessories. Together we’re looking to recruit a Romanian speaking Commercial Agent to join their Bucharest team.
Position: Comericial Agent
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Work model: Remote

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Romanian (C1) and English, both oral and written
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about the industry or field.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail, internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Ability to work independently, drive personal performance, and take ownership of professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively through phone, email, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals through strategic leadership and collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car (expenses covered by the company).
