Description:

COMM, CAPABILITY AND ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Location: Hybrid – Stoke site 2 days per week
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Responsibilities:

As an integral part of the Communication and Capability Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop top-tier communication and training for our frontline staff, equipping them with essential information to excel in their roles. You will serve as a consultant to ensure all communications reflect our Spirit behaviours and our goal of being the top choice for customer experience.

  • You will prepare detailed briefing packs to support product launch
  • You will represent the Communication and Capability team at key meetings with stakeholders in relation to projects
  • You will ensure cross functional plans are aligned and consistent with regular & timely progress updates for key stakeholders
  • You will support and develop the relationship between Commercial Operations and our external communications platform provider (Thrive)
  • You will work with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of communication interventions with feedback and data on quality of implementation, training completion rates, readership and engagement statistics
