WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Proven expertise in developing and optimising solutions on Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or BigCommerce
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and advanced proficiency in PHP.
• Familiarity with headless commerce solutions like HYVA, Hydrogen, or Catalyst is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in mentoring or supporting junior developers.
• Familiarity with headless CMS or PIM systems like Contentful or Akeneo would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (JIRA & Confluence) is a plus.

As a Senior Developer in the Commerce team, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality code while providing support and mentorship to junior team members. You’ll work across a range of platforms, such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce, collaborating with the team to develop robust commerce solutions for clients. You’ll balance hands-on development with contributing to solution design and troubleshooting complex technical challenges. Your experience will enable you to take on greater responsibility in project delivery and play a key role in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.
You’ll join an ambitious, experienced, and growing team of commerce developers, with opportunities to learn from other delivery teams, such as strategy and CRO.

As a Senior Developer, you will:

• Translate client requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across commerce platforms.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the development team.
• Contribute to solution design alongside Technical Leads and the broader team.
• Support project delivery in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Stay updated on the latest commerce technologies and platforms.
• Look to improve the quality of CTI output by highlighting innovations, efficiencies and technologies that enable us to do more for our clients.
