    We are looking for a sales support representative to join our commercial team for PRS in Eindhoven! You are essential in ensuring our business runs smoothly and a vital part of maintaining great relationships with our customers. Are you up for the challenge? Make impact as Commercial Account Advisor So what will your day look like? The Commercial Account Advisor will manage and monitor commercial activities and contract-related topics. This role ensures that processes run smoothly while providing reports and analyses on performance. Additionally, the Commercial Account Advisor will address customer requests and complaints to optimize satisfaction. Your role also includes contract management for allocated customers, collecting and analyzing customer data, setting up business reviews and credit control. We are PRS We are PRS, member of Faber Group, and operating one of the most established circular economy systems in Europe, supplying reusable pallets to the plastics industry. Today, our pooling model is the industry standard. Our systems use sustainable sourcing and an extensive recovery network to provide an efficient reuse system, enabling clients to achieve its critical operational and sustainability goals.

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in sales support or inside sales
