REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting experience
  • Proven commercial acumen with a strong track record of delivering solutions
  • Strong understanding of risk profiles and mitigation options
  • Demonstrable experience of consultative sales
  • Experience in project costings and managing margins
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Strategic leadership skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering tailored security solutions.
Business Growth: Identifying new business opportunities aligned with your geographic area.
Profit & Loss Responsibility: Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth.
