Description:

As SVAT continue to grow and expand our footprint in the UK we have a great new opportunity for a collaborative and focused Commercial Administrator to join our friendly but driven team in our Glasgow HQ. This role will assist with the completion of customer orders as well as processing new orders and issuing fleet updates to all Depots. It is both an administration and customer service role, which will liaise closely with the Depot Managers and Sales Team whilst providing the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in the team will require excellent interpersonal skills. You will build up good product knowledge and brand awareness, be driven and open to learn.
  • Working on a strategy to produce product knowledge information to sales force, new vehicle updates and additional equipment, with a real focus on improving return and capital.
  • Customer service is key to the role, internal and external as well as your ability to interact effectively with colleagues.
  • Working closely with the manufacturer, dealers and co-ordinating both delivery of product and managing the changeover process
  • Administration of vehicle procurement.
  • Assist with the completion of customer orders.
  • Process new orders.
  • Assist with incoming sales enquiries.
  • Update delivering schedules and circulate to the sales team.
  • Checking in new vehicles from dealers, where required.
  • Issuing purchase order numbers.
  • Schedule the completion of fitting parts with the workshop.
  • The security and control of keys and paperwork is important as is accuracy.
  • Ensure that all trackers are removed/added to the correct customer records.
  • Dealing with and resolving spare key requests.
  • Assist with raising purchase order numbers when required.
  • Assisting with additional administration duties as required.
