Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Due to company growth and a busy pipeline, we’re taking applications for Commercial Advisors to join our Perth team. This is unique opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of exciting projects.
As the Commercial Advisor, you will be responsible for the effective management of commercial aspects of key strategic tenders and contracts administration of site based contracting activity. An exciting opportunity to gain valuable exposure to pre and post contract work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility of the review of key strategic proposals across RP Infrastructure, working closely with the sales and bid management teams to ensure that the business offerings are robust, fit for purpose and within agreed risk parameters.
- Review and drafting of key contractual documents.
- Ensure RPI client processes regarding tendering and contract acceptance are robustly followed.
- Support negotiations for new contracts in accordance with RPI client processes and working closely with the broader teams to ensure professional commercial support to project delivery smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.
- Claims management (time, progress and payment) for Client contractors and subcontractors (as needed)
- Liaison with internal senior management and external advisors as necessary to fulfil role.
- Working closely with the key managers to develop robust offerings and standard documentation including legal terms across a range of disciplines.
- Work collaboratively with the RPI and Client team where needed and participate in working groups around process improvement and effective contract management concepts.
