Commercial Analyst (12-Months Fixed Term)

This 12-month fixed term contract position as a Commercial Analyst will be based in Mascot , Sydney and will see you providing support to the Pacific commercial business partners and team to monitor and analyse profitability by customer and segment.

• Produce standardised weekly and monthly reporting for revenue measures on segment, brands, origin, sales channels and booking sources.
• Developing and updating topline dashboards on revenue on Power BI and Tableau
• Produce standardised customer reporting by segment for sales and operational team.
• Calculate quarterly commissions with partners and customer rebates.
• Business partnering with account managers and business development managers.
• Maintain data integrity within customer master file.
• Model profitability for new corporate customer accounts and contract renewals
• Assist in the preparation of planning and forecasting activities.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Generate actionable insights and perform ad hoc analysis as required.
• Conduct promotional campaign profitability analysis for review and approval.
• Review impact of promotional campaigns on profitability / market share
• Monitor and report CMF collections and marketing spend.
• Manage marketing spend and preparing monthly expense report with variance analysis.
• Support the business partner with analysis and reporting.
