PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are hiring a Commercial Analyst.
This role is responsible for partnering the Pharmacy national accounts team to improve on margins and profitability of Blackmores ANZ pharmacy business by providing support through Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), budgeting and other key financial requirements.
This role will be mainly based in Warriewood with an expectation to work at least 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- IBP process support including reporting and review of pharmacy monthly forecasts, risks and opportunities, lockdown meetings and channel review meetings.
- Support key account managers on monthly sales delivery through review of annual plans, key promotional activities and review post activities to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work with Category on key promotional offerings for the traditional pharmacy ensuring compliance to category guidelines.
- Support trade spend management across the pharmacy banners, ensuring tight management and reviewing investment to ensure optimal ROI.
- Support the preparation of annual budget plans in ICP including a review of assumptions provided by the sales teams.
- Sales performance targets development
Work closely with the Commercial manager - Key accounts ensuring consistent reporting
