We are seeking a Commercial Analyst for our existing Education segment to join our team.
Reporting to the Commercial Pricing Team Leader, you will play an integral part in the management and strategy within the Education space. This role will have you working closely on ongoing customer pricing management & the pricing and commercial terms for re-bids, ensuring a commercially sustainable customer base.

Key responsibilities include:
- Working within a growing team.
- Work closely with Sales and Category teams to optimise sales and profitable strategies and outcomes.
- Drive process efficiencies and innovation.
- Conduct key pricing analysis, working effectively with key business counterparts, to provide insight on pricing and margin profitability.
- Focusing on product strategy, selection, pricing, and commercials.
- Ensure commercial viability of customer base and re-bids.
- Drive margin improvements and cost to serve efficiencies across customer base.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Strong market understanding ideally with knowledge in Education and Back to School pricing analytics, or the FMCG and B2B environments.
- Previous experience in product selection, pricing, and product strategy.
- Demonstrated experience with profit drivers and cost-based analysis.
- Experience with analysis of Value and Price Impact differentials.
- High attention to detail.
- Passion for problem solving.
- Customer centricity and high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Experience in influencing and negotiating with various internal stakeholders
