The flexibility team is building the next generation of products and tools to make energy more flexible, including automating electric vehicle charging, saving customers money for demand shifting through Saving Sessions and Free Electricity, and managing large grid-scale batteries to balance the system. The team develops products that are used by millions of customers, helping boost renewables use and decarbonise energy systems worldwide.
We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our fast-growing team to accelerate our work on new business opportunities by conducting commercial evaluations of new opportunity areas and developing business cases, as well as leading financial forecasting.

Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis for key commercial use cases - including modelling flexibility value across asset classes and running battery forecasts.
- Perform analysis supporting evaluation of new business areas.
- Run internal financial forecasting and support with analysis asks from senior stakeholders.
- Build expertise of various flexibility markets.
- Support the internationalisation of our flexibility offerings.
- Evaluate flex performance across a range of existing contracts and markets.
- Build models projecting our Flex potential to be used in bidding and auction across different markets.
- Present work within team and externally.
