Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Analyst with Populous Consulting, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of venue business planning. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting research on current industry trends, competitor analysis, and market demands to help identify opportunities and challenges for our clients’ projects.
  • Financial Modelling: Assisting in the preparation of financial models and projections to evaluate the viability and profitability of different venue strategies.
  • Client Support: Collaborating with consultants to provide support in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to enhance project outcomes.
  • Data Management: Organizing and maintaining databases related to venue data, market statistics, and financial information for easy access and reference.
  • Report Preparation: Assisting in the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations that highlight findings and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
