The Opportunity
We are a Sales Strategy & Enablement team supporting the Nordic region and due to one of us going on parental leave, we are looking for a data driven colleague to join our team in Stockholm (or Mölndal). This is a temporary employment starting as soon as possible and ending on 31st of August 2025.
The Sales Strategy & Enablement team is responsible to set the strategy for what products and offers we need to drive sales and revenues, prevent churn and increase market shares in the Nordics. We coordinate new product launches and cross Nordic initiatives. We also propose acquisitions, partnerships, and new collaborations both internally with the group and externally to reach delivery on our strategic agenda.
As a Commercial Analyst your responsibility is to support the team and the sales organization with data and analysis. Tactically you will extract relevant data from our data sources such as BI- and CRM systems, analyze, structure and present the data, prepare business cases, etc. You will also participate in projects and coordinate cross Nordic initiatives. Part of your job will be to work with churn prevention and drive related activities. You will work actively together with Sales managers, Marketing and Product Management but also with our global colleagues when we introduce/share products and best practices. In this role you will report to Head of Sales Strategy and Enablement.

- Engage cross Business Units (Europe) for knowledge sharing and best practice
- If not already, become an expert in payments and actively drive leadership in payments
