POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our global Data Strategy & Insights team. This role will focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights, shaping the analytics portfolio around Salesforce and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and CRM platforms, delivering high-quality reports that enhance commercial performance. Collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, service, IT, and finance, the analyst will drive data-driven decision-making to support our mission of delivering Wonderful Sound for All.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-5 years of experience in a comparable role that emphasizes data analysis and reporting, preferably from a consulting role in strategy, business intelligence, sales excellence, pricing, or commercial operations.
- Skilled in data storytelling, visualization, and building interactive reports/dashboards in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Experience with the Salesforce suite or other CRM platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to manage and execute short-term projects with measurable impact on strategic or operational objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly to a global audience.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the analytics portfolio for the Salesforce platform, utilizing Power BI and CRM Analytics.
- Proactively ensure data integrity and validity while maintaining consistent KPI definitions across all reporting structures.
- Develop commercial insights and drive complex analyses using diverse datasets.
- Promote the use of global reporting tools to enhance efficiency across the wholesale and retail business.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to identify KPIs and create dashboards that turn data into actionable insights and business initiatives.
- Support project and portfolio management efforts to deliver reporting solutions and performance insights.
