Description:
MISSIONS
SILAB develops, manufactures and markets patented natural active ingredients with proven efficacy and safety to the world’s leading cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic companies to enhance the beauty of healthy skin (SILAB Cosmetics department) and to care for compromised skin (SILAB Softcare department).
The Sales Department is responsible for the technical and marketing promotion of SILAB’s active ingredients and ensures the daily follow-up of the customer relationship, getting involved in its partners’ projects and providing all the useful information about the company’s products and know-how. Based on trust, on scientific expertise and on the availability of the team, commercial exchanges cover a wide range of missions.
Following constant growth in South East Asia, SILAB SEA is seeking a commercial assistant based in its office in The French Chamber of Commerce of Singapore, in Orchard to participate to its development thanks to a high-quality administrative and commercial support. Under the supervision of our Regional Sales Manager, you will have several duties as:
- provide daily administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the subsidiary;
- coordinate the subsidiary’s internal and external needs, particularly with the French headquarter;
- support the Regional Sales Manager on the organization on the specific files and events;
- make travel arrangements for Regional Sales Manager;
- support the Regional Sales Manager in her tasks, particularly prospecting and managing distributor needs;
- conduct market studies on cosmetics and dermo-cosmetics markets;
- perform commercial and competitive monitoring.
On a daily basis, you will interact with several departments at the headquarters such as sales, communication, marketing, finance,…, based in France. Upon arrival, you will benefit from a training program provided by our Singaporean and French teams.
