EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Master-, Bachelor-, or equivalent qualification (preferable in Business Administration and/or Law).
• Required skills
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• High degree of service, customer and solution orientation.
• Deliver high quality outcomes under deadline pressure.
• Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed and determined.
• Innovative thinker, team player, results-oriented person with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on quality.
• Experience with contracts/GTC is a preference.
• Experience with commercial business scenarios and processes is a preference.

  This role is based at the ultra-modern Metronom office building directly above the Nove Butovice metro station. The location encompasses SAP’s vision for the perfect work-life balance by featuring uniquely decorated relaxation rooms, parents’ and kids’ room.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our Commercial Business Partner Team supports and advises the Sales Department with their expertise in the development of legally and process-compliant SAP Cloud contracts. In this context, we act as an interface to other specialist teams in the finance and sales areas.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Manage and coordinate deal support across multi-functional internal teams (Legal, Revenue Recognition, Project Controlling, Product Owner, Tax etc.) on complex deal scenarios.
• Serve as the central point of contact for Commercial topics internally and externally.
• Act as Transformation Agent and partner with the Sales Department to understand customer requirements to find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure.
• Drive approvals considering various factors such as field organization business targets, internal rules and restrictions and external guidelines.
• Be responsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.
• Drive change and innovation actively to improve existing processes.
• Maintain timely, positive and professional communication with your stakeholders to anticipate escalations.
