Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Campaign Manager
The Commercial Campaign Manager will develop and rollout a global commercial campaign methodology and process across Chart’s new build and aftermarket verticals. You will work with sales, marketing, business development and regional revenue operations teams to develop a funnel of campaign ideas focused on driving customer engagement and revenue growth in our products, market verticals and regions. You will support the execution of commercial campaigns by developing campaign targets and goals, assessing channel selection, and developing customer messaging. Monitor and analyse campaign performance and results through defined metrics and performance measurements.
This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week. We offer hybrid working for this role which will allow you to enjoy the balance of home working and collaboration time with the team in our modern, friendly offices.

What Needs To Be Done?

  • Develop a robust commercial campaign process covering the complete campaign lifecycle, from ideation, prioritisation, campaign development, lead generation and cultivation, to revenue generation and campaign close out, utilising appropriate sales tools and systems such as Salesforce.
  • Support the rollout of the campaign process through the development of formal process instructions and training material.
  • Drive engagement of the relevant commercial leaders and stakeholders to the commercial campaign strategy, adherence to the campaign process and resourcing of campaign development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with vertical and regional sales teams, product business units, marketing, business development and regional revenue operations teams to define potential campaign ideas and opportunities and effectively capturing in an overall funnel.
  • Support the direction, capture and analysis of market research, customer trend data and Voice of Customer studies to support campaign development and to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviours.
  • Facilitate the development and launch of commercial campaigns, through a well-defined scope, plan and targets.
  • Support the development of engaging market collateral and customer facing materials.
  • Assess and advise on the utilisation of traditional and more innovative market channels and strategies, including leveraging of digital marketing channels to maximise campaign reach and engagement.
  • Support the development of relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Design a suite of performance metrics and KPIs, including PowerBI reports, to track campaign success and monitor ROI. Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness for senior leadership.

To be successful you must have …

  • Degree educated or equivalent practical experience.
  • High business acumen and commercial background General knowledge of Chart products, applications and markets.
  • Strategic thinker capable of contributing to commercial growth strategies.
  • Highly motivated with a consistent ability to prioritise work to achieve goals under pressure.
  • Experienced communicator, with confidence to influence and present to colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • Team player with proven ability to execute on key metrics and effectively work with matrix structures.
  • Strong influencer capable of engaging internal stakeholders to adopt and execute strategy at an operational level.
  • Active listener who can transform feedback into solutions and concrete actions.

It’s a bonus if you have (but not essential) ..

  • Fluent in second language.
  • Experience of working for a project engineering company.
