We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team in Auckland!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with strong hands on skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, and water blasting.
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the cleaning industry.
• Valid English proficiency test IELTS level 4 and above.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise a team of commercial cleaners, ensuring high-quality service and standards.

PERFORM AND OVERSEE SPECIALIZED CLEANING TASKS, INCLUDING:

• Floor stripping and sealing
• Carpet steam cleaning
• Water blasting
• Handle client communications and ensure customer satisfaction with all services provided.
• Organize staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of cleaning projects.
• Inspect work areas and maintain quality control.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures and the use of equipment.
• Manage stock levels for cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance.
