Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administrative support of Qualification Management
  • Printing of design documents, SOPs and test plans (from document management systems)
  • Preparation of test folders for internal and external tests
  • Dispatch and archiving of test documents
  • Confirmation of work performed in the CRM system and SAP
  • General administrative activities
  • Close cooperation with relevant departments

Hardskills

  • Completed basic commercial training
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Good SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Good oral and written knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
