Responsibilities:
- Transactional processing of premium and claims
- Manage settlement of funds to and from clients/markets in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of client/market accounts
- Identify and apply incoming cash, reconcile unapplied cash
- Capturing relevant contractual terms and conditions in the accounting system
- Adhere to the accounting standards as prescribed by the Global Client Support (CSS) Professional Standards Manual
- Correspondence with insurers and reinsurers
- Interact with other company areas (Broking, Broker Support, Finance, Compliance)
- Attend client or reinsurer meetings as requested
