We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Commercial Contract Management Intern.

As a Commercial Contract Management Intern, you will…

• Support Commercial Director on Regional and Global Projects: Assist the Commercial Director in overseeing and managing projects across various countries. Your role will involve helping implement key projects for the organizations (e.g. replacement of contract database, replacement of our resources and cost calculation tool).
• Project Implementation Support: Support organize and coordinate sessions with teams from different countries and functions to test new functionalities during different stages of their development and keep track of feedback provided by teams testing the tools and ensure it is communicated to the production team for further refinement and adjustments to the tools.
• Support Business Case Creation and Calculation of Investment Model: Assist in the creation and consolidation of business cases, especially for multi countries customer deals. Support the team with the commercial reviews in order to develop commercial value propositions, identify key risks and prepare mitigation measures.
• Assist in Financial Preparation and Calculations: Help with the preparation of financial documentation, including cost estimations and resource allocation calculations. Provide support in financial forecasting and assist with any calculations needed for the successful execution of projects.
• Conference Organization: Assist the preparation of the commercial finance conference while preparing the documentation to be shared, liaise with the participations and guest speakers for organizational topics and required support.
