POSITION OVERVIEW
The Commercial Contract Management (CCM) Specialist is accountable for the commercial and contract management of strategic suppliers. They will also be responsible for contract renegotiation and dispute resolution for these suppliers. They will work with stakeholders, to adhere to the frameworks, policies and procedures to minimise risks, promote sustainable outcomes, reduce costs and protect the value of the contract. They will manage contracts for the suppliers assigned to them, manage and resolve disputes and process change requests together with the bank’s Legal function. They will ensure that all contracts are compliant with regulatory, audit and policy requirements. The CCM Specialist will ensure delivery is aligned with the agreed commercial terms, business demand and the relevant category strategy. They will provide continuous management (i.e. update, consolidate and standardise) for all contractual agreements with the assigned supplier. This is an English and German speaking role.

Role requirements:
- Ideal Candidate should have broad experience of contract and commercial negotiations.
- Managing and resolving commercial disputes and change requests to ensure that all contracts are compliant with regulatory, audit and policy requirements
- Collaborating with wider functions to develop joint strategic account plans, products and service roadmaps to extract maximum value from the supplier relationship.
- Both English and German Language proficiency required/mandatory for this role
- Proficiency in Italian would be an advantage but not mandatory
