ProPharma are looking for an experienced commercial contracts analyst to join their business to continue the development and analysis of contract and change order budgets and documents, while working closely with global business and functional teams.
This a remote role and can be performed across any country ProPharma has an office: Netherlands, United Kingdom, Serbia, Croatia, Sweden, Germany or Montenegro.

Duties include:

  • Develop high-quality contracts, change orders and associated deliverables.
  • Develop accurate budgets for contracts and change orders.
  • Perform budget analysis.
  • Understand contract terms and identify adjustments to financial terms as needed.
  • Accountable for adherence to the contracts and change order processes and deliverables, working in collaboration with global operational teams and Commercial Contract’s senior team.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives, as needed.
  • Participate in client meetings, as requested.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in proposal, Contract or Change Order development experience
  • Experience creating and submitting budgets.
  • Knowledge of industry standards relating to change orders and contracts including budgeting, document language, processes for creation and finalization, etc.
