The Commercial Contracts Manager will take full responsibility for the contract function within ONNEC Group, this will mainly consist of reviewing and offering guidance on construction contracts prior to signage and delay and prolongation advice as and when projects are completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Contracts – Management of all contracts coming in and out of the business. Review all contracts for onerous conditions. Resolve and support project team with contract disputes
  • Acceleration – Support project teams with this type of claim
  • Delay and Disruption – Support project teams with prevention and education on how to overcome delay and disruption issues. Support business with delay and disruption claims as they arise.
  • Dispute Resolution – Deciding a dispute or a conflict that has arisen between transacting parties.
  • QS Negotiations – Support delivery team with complex and difficult final account negotiations
  • Quantity Surveying – Support project team with large commercial projects from time to time
  • Standard Documents – Assist the business with developing and implementing documents to mitigate risk to the business
  • Training – Complete training to the delivery team to educate
