Commercial Contracts Officer

Due to continued growth we are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join our Commercial team.
You will be responsible for interpreting commercial agreements, identifying key risks, and managing the entire lifecycle of customer and supplier contracts. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, risks are managed, and contractual obligations are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in both pre- and post-contract management.
• Experience in both public and private sector contracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, handling tasks within tight or fluid deadlines.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Hands-on experience in legal, commercial management, or procurement roles.
• Experience in customer and supplier contract negotiations.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with external customers and internal business functions.
